Worker accommodation near Nuremberg – contractor apartment in Fürth-Vach

We are not in Nuremberg itself but in Fürth-Vach in the north of Fürth. For site work that is often practical: you avoid the inner-city traffic and park in a residential area subject to availability. Nuremberg main station is approx. 14 km away, roughly 25 minutes by car; the exhibition grounds in the south are approx. 20 km. What counts is your site address, not the city name — in the north and west you arrive faster than in the south.

The difference to a hotel room is the working day. You cook when the shift allows, you wash work clothes on site, and you have an apartment instead of a room: fully equipped kitchen, dining table for time sheets and paperwork, fast Wi-Fi for photos and uploads, bed linen and towels included. There is no reception, no breakfast and no housekeeping during the stay.

On occupancy we stay blunt: the 115 m² apartment takes up to 4 guests with one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room — not four separate single beds. The spa suite for two is for a maximum of 2 guests. Before a company booking we clarify the sleeping arrangement so nobody is surprised on arrival. Quiet hours run from 10 pm to 7 am; shift work is fine if arrivals and departures are quiet. Tools and materials remain your responsibility, and we cannot promise van parking or secured storage.
