Worker accommodation in Fürth – whole apartment in Fürth-Vach

The clearest difference to many offers in this segment: nothing is let per bed. You book an entire apartment for your dates, and the kitchen and bathroom stay with your own crew. The 115 m² residence is designed for up to 4 guests — and that is a guest count, not four separate single beds. It has one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The spa suite for two has one bedroom for a maximum of 2 guests.

So before a company booking, please clarify the sleeping arrangement with us explicitly. If three or four colleagues each need their own bed, one apartment cannot provide that; depending on the confirmed sleeping arrangement and availability, booking both apartments for the same dates can be an option — but that still does not mean separate single beds. If that does not work for you, our apartments are not the right fit. We would rather be clear now than have a crew arrive to something that does not fit.

For the working week the practical things matter. Self-catering: the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and crockery, so a warm meal after a long shift is possible. Laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer are in both apartments. Rest: a separate sleeping area in a quiet residential street. Because neighbours live in the building, quiet hours apply from 10 pm to 7 am — shift work is possible, but arrivals and departures need to be quiet. Tools and materials remain your responsibility; there is no lockable storage and no van parking we can promise.
