The 115 m² designer residence is our larger apartment in Fürth-Vach and sleeps up to four guests: one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room. The open living area has a real fireplace, lounge sofas and an 8K TV, and the covered balcony lounge is a quiet place to end the day.
The designer kitchen with a cooking island is fully equipped, so you can cook for the whole family instead of eating out every evening. The bathroom has an LED rain shower and a bathtub, and there is a walk-in closet as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer — practical for family holidays, trade fair weeks and longer project stays.

Where exactly are the apartments located?
Both apartments are in Vacher Straße 415 in Fürth-Vach, a quiet residential district in the north of Fürth, Bavaria. Nuremberg, Erlangen and Herzogenaurach are all easy day-trip or commuting distance by car or S-Bahn.
Do I have to speak German to book?
No. You can book in English on this website, and we correspond with international guests in English by email or WhatsApp.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm (earlier by arrangement), check-out until 12:00 noon. We send arrival details by email after your booking is confirmed.
How do I pay?

Is it an apartment or a hotel?
It is a private apartment, not a hotel. You get the whole apartment with a kitchen and living area, but no reception, room service or daily housekeeping.
