Apartment instead of a hotel in Fürth near Nuremberg – what actually differs

What speaks for an apartment: you have the entire place to yourselves, cook when you want, keep your own rhythm without breakfast times, and on longer stays you save on eating out and laundry. Our two apartments in Fürth-Vach are 115 m² for up to 4 guests and 60 m² for 2 guests, both with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate sleeping area, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine and tumble dryer; bed linen and towels are included.

What speaks for a hotel: a staffed reception around the clock, breakfast without preparation, daily housekeeping, a bar or restaurant on site and often a central address. We offer none of that. Arrival is arranged personally with us — check-in from 2:00 pm, later by arrangement, check-out until 12:00 noon.

Location matters too: we are in Fürth-Vach, a quiet residential district in the north of Fürth, not in the centre of Nuremberg. Public parking spaces are at the building and opposite, usable free of charge subject to availability but not reservable. Nuremberg main station is roughly 20 minutes with the S1 (approximate figures, no guarantee). If quiet, space and a kitchen matter more to you than reception and room service, an apartment is the better fit.
