Long-stay apartment in Fürth – extended stays by the week or month
For an extended stay near Nuremberg you need more than a bed: a real kitchen, a workspace, laundry facilities and a price that reflects the length of your stay. Both apartments in Fürth-Vach are fully furnished, and from 7 nights we apply a weekly rate, from 28 nights a monthly rate.
A long stay is everyday life, not a trip. That is why both apartments are complete homes: fully equipped kitchen, living area, separate bedroom, marble floors with underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are included, so you can arrive with a suitcase and start living immediately.
The location suits people who stay a while. Fürth-Vach is a quiet residential district in the north of Fürth by the Regnitz, with the S1 stop approx. 10–15 minutes on foot. From there Fürth, Nuremberg and Erlangen are reachable without changing trains, and Herzogenaurach is approx. 12 km by car (approximate figures, no guarantee). Public parking is at the building subject to availability, without reservation.
This is furnished temporary accommodation, not a residential tenancy. For assignments, relocations between homes, renovations or study periods we will quote weekly or monthly conditions for your dates; for multi-month stays we prepare an individual offer. There is no reception and no cleaning during the stay — the apartment is yours.

From 7 nights we apply a weekly rate and from 28 nights a monthly rate. The price for your specific dates is shown in the booking section.
Is this a rental contract for a flat?
No. Both apartments are let as furnished temporary accommodation by the night, week or month, not as a permanent home with a residential tenancy agreement.
Can my company be invoiced?
Yes. Give us the billing details when booking and we will issue an invoice for your company.
Is the apartment cleaned during a long stay?
There is no scheduled cleaning during your stay. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before arrival; for very long stays speak to us and we will find an arrangement.
Can I extend my stay?
If the following dates are still free, yes. Ask us early — with only two apartments, extensions depend on availability.
Can I register my residence at this address?
Please clarify that with us before booking. We let the apartments as temporary accommodation and cannot promise a registration in advance.
How is payment handled for longer stays?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by bank transfer — for monthly stays we agree the payment schedule with you directly.
