Attending a trade fair at NürnbergMesse? Our two apartments are in Fürth-Vach, approx. 20 km from the exhibition centre and roughly 25–30 minutes by car. You get a whole apartment with a kitchen, a proper dining table to work at, washing machine and tumble dryer — instead of a hotel room at fair-week rates.
To be clear about the location: we are not on the exhibition grounds and not in Nuremberg itself. Both apartments are in Fürth-Vach, a quiet residential district in the north of Fürth. For exhibitors and visitors that is often an advantage — you sleep away from the fair crowds, park at the building subject to availability and drive to the exhibition centre in roughly 25–30 minutes (approximate figures, no guarantee).
During fair weeks the day is long. What helps is a separate bedroom for real sleep, a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast at your own hour, fast Wi-Fi for calls back to the office and a washing machine and dryer if you stay several days. Bed linen and towels are included. There is no reception and no daily housekeeping — you have the entire apartment to yourselves.
Which apartment fits? The 115 m² designer residence sleeps up to 4 guests (bedroom plus sofa bed) and has a large table for the evening debrief — practical for a small stand team. The 60 m² spa suite is designed for 1–2 guests. For stays of 7 nights or more we apply a weekly rate; from 28 nights a monthly rate.
