Fürth-Vach is a quiet residential district in the north of Fürth, not the old town. For work that is usually the point: you sleep without street noise, park at the building subject to availability and still reach Fürth main station in roughly 15 minutes by car. Fürth old town is approx. 6 km away if you want dinner out, and Nuremberg and Erlangen are both reachable by public transport from the walkable S-Bahn stop.

What makes a working week bearable is not a lobby. It is a large dining table you can actually spread documents on, Wi-Fi that carries video calls, a kitchen so that dinner does not depend on restaurant hours, a separate bedroom for real sleep, and a washing machine and tumble dryer so a two-week trip does not need a laundry service.
